We are on at el Mercat de les Flors at around 1am, so do come along and make some noise. Over the past couple of years we’ve grown from a fairly messy group with a highly conventional repertoire into a bunch of iconoclasts singing weird shit. True to this new egalibertarian spirit, the workers have bought new t-shirts to go with their overalls while I have treated myself to a gorgeous little summer frock for which I now need to find some glam ear-rings.
(If you can’t make it tonight, we’re doing a neighbourhood fiesta in a tent on Rocafort with Floridablanca on July 2. I played this one a couple of times with my old drag act before making an inappropriate suggestion to one of the organisers; it tends to be quite alarmingly drunken.)
