More Holocaust blah

You remember the book, promoted by Barcelona council, which said that Guantánamo and the Israeli wall were comparable to the Holocaust? Well, there are folks who would extend the analogy. Here, for example, is a theatre show based on an essay by Barcelona University philosophy prof, Miguel Morey, which says that American Indian reservations, too, were like Auschwitz, that we are all in a way in Auschwitz, and that public money should be used to alert kiddies to this alarming fact. It seems to me that, if we are all in Auschwitz, we are also all on top of Mount Smokey and inside a great big chocolate mousse with a vague hint of plum jam, and that if this is all philosophy professors have to tell us, then maybe we should employ a few less of them.
