Sequel: The Hollande et al > Telegraph “scoop” ran well in the British and Spanish press, but doesn’t figure in Germany, whose press is not notorious for trying to save Merkel’s political bacon. I’ve long believed that the Telegraph publishes particular Euro finance stories on the basis of particular writers’ investment portfolios, but there’s a considerable degree of stupidity out there too.
