InoReader is my replacement for Google Reader

At last I can go back to reading all the rubbish you publish.

For me I wanted a free, fast, light, cloud-based reader, and then for people with whom I share I wanted decent RSS-equipped public folder/tag functionality (e.g. ability to tag single items) with no apparent ambitions to turn into yet another Facebook/GooglePlus wankfest of PR smarm and data grabs. I looked at a load of alternatives, including (reciting from memory) Feedly, Feedspot, MultiPlx, TheOldReader, ShareBro, but newcomer InoReader came out best. My only gripe – the lack of many-folders-to-one-feed functionality – is apparently being addressed. I’m pretty disconnected these days and hope to stay so, but I’m told the mobile version is also very good.
