Inside front cover signed “Trevor ap Simon” – a notorious squatter in late-1980s London, then plotting the overthrow of Margaret Thatcher with Rasta the Cat and other disreputables in a flat above a heroin dealer in Tyndale Mansions, Upper Street. Copy found during a squatters party at the Libyan People’s Bureau building on Prince’s Gate post-Yvonne Fletcher, with Saudi guards and the Met waiting outside: “80s grunge, candlelight and lots of people dressed in black sitting around! There was no furniture left and ecological entrepreneurs had recycled the railings from the stairs.” Page 9/10 has come loose and the spine is a bit tired, but in better condition than its author.
