The Russians are pointing towards Brussels while the Spaniard (or Catalan, or Italian, or Norwegian) still thinks the future lies somewhere beyond Libya: Roman Abramovich’s Ecstasea in Barcelona harbour, where it’s been for the last nine days or so.
