The text above, in Polish, seems to be some sort of a joke. It says – “Por desgracia, estaba yo, borracho, como siempre… Le pido perdón a usted por la confusión. Juro que quiero a España y a todos los españoles, especialmente a todas las españolas…” I guess that some ‘Hiszpanki’ can be expensive.
By the way, Roman Giertych, as far as I know, is still a minister responsilbe for education in the Polish goverment. Last year he publicly expressed (I think it was during a session of the EU Parliament) his admiration for General Franco.
